Enrolment

We understand the importance of choosing the right school for your child!

Whilst there is much information contained on our website regarding the school and the enrolment process, we would encourage you to join one of our School Tours - so that you can experience the SFX difference.

A tour will give you the opportunity to view our learning spaces and hear from our Leadership Team. We welcome your questions so that we can assist in your deliberation on the learning environment that is best suited to your family.

Enrolment for Reception to Year 6

Due to the high number of enrolment enquiries received, we recommend submitting your Enrolment Application at least 2 years prior to your child's commencement at school.

You are most welcome to email in your application and associated documents if it is easier for you, and the Application Fee can be paid over the phone or via the Qkr! App.

Please submit the following documents with your Application:

  1. A copy of your child's Birth Certificate or Visa.
  2. A copy of your child's latest school report (not applicable for Reception enrolments).
  3. The $50 non refundable Application Fee.

Where applicable, we also require the following:

  1. A copy of your child's Sacramental Certificates (eg Baptism).
  2. Special Needs documentation, eg reports, action plans, assessments.
  3. A copy of any Parenting Orders.

Following receipt of your Application Form, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

The Enrolment Process

Once you have completed and submitted your Application, together with your $50 non-refundable Application Fee, we will register and acknowledge receipt of your Enrolment Form. An enrolment meeting with a member of our leadership team will then be arranged. Where the enrolment is for a Reception student, interviews will be conducted approximately 18 months - 2 years prior to the date of commencement.

Following your interview, you will receive an offer of placement or a letter of non-acceptance. Your acceptance of the enrolment position is confirmed by the returning your signed Enrolment Acceptance Document and your $50 non-refundable Acceptance Fee. The Acceptance Fee is deducted from your first term's account.

All enrolment information is accessible to download from this website, however, if attending a School Tour, an Enrolment Package will be made available for you.

Enrolment Interview

Approximately 18 months to 2 years prior to school commencement, we will invite you to an Enrolment Interview with a member of our Leadership Team. Your child must be present at the interview.

The interview not only enables us to get to know your family, but also provides you with the opportunity to ask questions and get to know us better.

Letter of Offer

Following a successful interview, provided there are available spaces, you will be emailed a Letter of Offer containing an Enrolment Contract.

The Enrolment Contract is to be returned to us, together with your $50 non refundable Acceptance Fee.

Waiting List

Should there be no enrolment positions, we will place your child's name on our Waiting List, and make contact with you should a place become available.
